I can certainly recommend Benjamin and his staff if you are going to travel in Madagascar. He created a customized tour for us that was organized as we did not want to feel that we were on a package tour. I would not have been able to set up anything at all by phone from NIgeria where I live but he quickly turned around email correspondence and lived through my many changes of mind about what I wanted to do and see. It was a relief also to have all the hotels booked and park tickets purchased and to be able to pay for it all upfront by electronic transfer rather than carry all that cash on our persons. Next time I come to Madagascar to see the southern parts of the country I will definitely organize it through Benjamin.

We have just returned from a two week visit to Madagascar. Before we went I corresponded with Benjamin by email and worked out what sort of trip we wanted. Mike, my husband and I had been to Madagascar twice before, once with an organised group (which we hated) and the second time by ourselves, we just booked our international flight and organised everything else when we got there. This time with the help of Benjamin we had things prepared for us when we arrived. The drivers and guides which Benjamin had organised were helpful and professional. We had a great time, this time travelling wiht our two teenage sons - a great introduction to a fantastic country. I know that arranging a tour via the internet always carries the possibility of things going wrong. Benjamin was a truly professional tour operator. We highly recommend him. WE recently returned from our 10 days in Madagascar and wow!!!!! What an adventure!!! We did the Eastern honeymoon tour, starting with 2 days in Andasibe, continuing to Manambato, then Akin’in Nofy, Tamatave, and finally several days in Ile Au Natte/Sainte Marie. First of all, I cannot rave enough about Benjamin and his staff. Ben picked us up from the airport in Tana. Every single thing about our trip ran with smooth precision. Our driver, Alin, was knowledgeable, kind and prompt. He was always there when we needed him. The trip itself.... I’m still getting my head around it - from having lemurs of all sorts climb and eat from your hand to watching humpback whales leaping out of the Indian Ocean, and everything in the between. Madagascar is a beautiful country with kind people. As an American couple knowing very little French, we were a bit worried about dealing with the language hassles, but there were enough people who spoke English and our limited "restaurant" French was enough to get by. There was so much to do and see!! All in all, a phenomenal trip. I’m working on putting together a blog with pics and videos and complete information about where we stayed and what we did. Wir hatten eine sehr sch�ne tour von tana bis nach fianarantsoa und umgebung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem auto und nat�rlich besonders mit Roland, der ein sehr sympathischer fahrer war und selbst den st�ndigen wechsel zwischen englisch und franz�sisch mit uns drei frauen immer ganz gut gemeistert hat. bl�d war nur, dass wir die tour mit 6 tagen geplant hatten und dann feststellten, dass wir an einigen orten � besonders die im regenwald � gerne 1 tag l�nger geblieben w�ren. den ganzen tag programm und am n�chsten morgen wieder sehr fr�h los ist schon anstrenged. We have recently returned from a two week vacation in Madagascar which included travelling down the Tsiribihina River, exploring the Tsingy of Bemaraha and "indri watching" at the Perinet Reserve (Andasibe). It was everything we expected and more... beautiful scenery, an amazing variety of flora and fauna, floating down the river in a dugout canoe, camping, hiking, bathing at a waterfall, and great food! It was a wonderful family adventure. This was definitely one of the most interesting and enjoyable trips we have ever been on largely thanks to Benjamin and Andry who did everything possible to make our stay memorable. We are only sorry we couldn’t have stayed longer and seen more of Madagascar. Geri, Sergio, Matteo and Alessandro Bologna, Italy
